Aravali Institute of Education & Research (AIER), established in 2004 is a visionary institution situated in Neem Ka Thana, Rajasthan. Founded under the leadership of Chairman Mr. Kailash C. Rohilan and Director Mr. Suresh Rohilan, AIER has consistently pioneered educational excellence in the region, proudly living up to its tagline — “Shaping the Rural Talent."
AIER holds the distinction of launching the first CBSE school in the region, marking the beginning of a journey committed to academic empowerment. The institute soon expanded, with a PG College and CBSE School division forming the foundation of its educational services.
In 2005, AIER introduced Sikar District's first private ITI and Teachers’ Training College, setting a new benchmark in skill development and teacher education. By 2006, professional courses like Shiksha Shastri and D.El.Ed. were added, further strengthening its training ecosystem.
In 2009, AIER became the first private Polytechnic College in Sikar District. This led to the establishment of a dedicated polytechnic campus in Village Chala in 2010, alongside the opening of Jaipur Polytechnic College and Apollo Polytechnic College the same year.
In 2013, a new educational hub was launched in Bagru (Jaipur), offering ITI and college education to a broader student base.
Expanding its academic reach, Pharmacy Colleges were introduced in both Neem Ka Thana and Bagru campuses in 2022. The same year, professional diploma courses like PGDCA (Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications) and PGDYT (Post Graduate Diploma in Yoga and Training) were launched.
Continuing its innovative legacy, 2025 marked the addition of the DANP (Diploma in Ayurvedic Nursing & Pharmacy) and three new ITI trades: Solar Technician, Electronics, & COPA (Computer Operator and Programming Assistant).
Today, AIER stands as a symbol of accessible, practical, and quality education — a torchbearer for rural upliftment and academic innovation in Rajasthan.
